My stay was truly magical, especially during the festive season at the Ritz-Carlton. The ambiance was stunning with elaborate Christmas decorations and a gorgeous gingerbread house. The staff, from check-in to dining, provided attentive and warm service, making my experience exceptional. However, I faced some inconsistency regarding room service, which was a bit disappointing given the high expectations and price point of the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was unbelievably frustrating due to constant room access issues, poor service from the staff, and cleanliness concerns. While the beach location is decent and the restaurants were enjoyable, it doesn't make up for the significant problems we faced during our stay. Overall, we left disappointed and dissatisfied.
