My stay was truly magical, especially during the festive season at the Ritz-Carlton. The ambiance was stunning with elaborate Christmas decorations and a gorgeous gingerbread house. The staff, from check-in to dining, provided attentive and warm service, making my experience exceptional. However, I faced some inconsistency regarding room service, which was a bit disappointing given the high expectations and price point of the hotel.
